Blind protesters divide into factions, one group insists on continuing protest.

LAHORE- The visually impaired protestors, after talks, have been divided into 2 groups. One group insists that they should continue protest.


Earlier, the blind protestors had blocked the metro bus route until they were invited by Hamza Shahbaz to have a table talk.


The protest began on 8 June and since then it’s been intensifying gradually. The demands of the protestors include an increase in their employment quota and turning temporary employees to permanent job-holder.


A rally was also carried out by the protestor outside the press club. They marched towards the Punjab Assembly. They demonstrated a sit-in at Chairing Cross having failed to enter the assembly premises.
